Q: What do we get with the Grampians Getaway Package?

Q: What are the rooms like?
A: All have ensuites, some with spas. They are traditional style guest house rooms, all individually decorated and delightfully compact.
Q: Do you have faciltities for children?
A: No, the Mountian Grand is not really suited for children.
Q: Is there access to phone, email or fax?
Q: What are the breakfast times?
A: Our delightful breakfast is served in the Balconies Restaurant between 8.00 and 9.00 am. Breakfast is a full buffet style with fruit, cereals, toast, cooked breakfast and tea and coffee.
Q: What time would you like us to vacate our room?
A: We ask that you vacate your room by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Q: Do you have television?
A: Yes. Our large loungeroom has television, including pay TV.
Q: Do you have an internet connection?
A: Yes, we have a wireless system.
Q: What time should we book in?
A: 3.00 pm.
Q: Is parking a problem?
A: No. There is plenty of room for parking.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes please. Bookings for 1/3 of total will need to be confirmed with a deposit or credit card number by either phone or fax.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you give us more than 7 days notice - full refund. Less than 7 days notice - 20% of deposit withheld. Less than 2 days notice- no refund!
NO SHOW or Cancel after arrival - Full Tariff Charged
Group Bookings: Less than 2 days notice - organiser warrants full payment for booking regardless of changes.
